I stumbled into the world of sacred medicine shortly after choosing to release my addictive attachments to alcohol and cocaine. At the time, I had no roadmap—just a deep ache in my spirit and a quiet, relentless whisper that life held something more sacred to offer than how I’d been living.

​

My first encounters with medicine were raw and unintentional. I wasn’t seeking healing—I was seeking escape. But what I found was something far more powerful. In the aftermath of a soul-cracking journey, I came face-to-face with a truth I could no longer ignore: my life had been built on stories that weren’t mine. That moment became the spark— a catalyst that set me on a path of seeking truth.

From there, everything shifted.

​

I found a medicine woman who guided me into intentional work with the medicine, helping me begin to understand the sacredness of what I had once walked through unconsciously. One ceremony led to the next—one ego death after another. I shed layers of who I thought I had to be and began the sacred return to who I truly am.

​

Eventually, I left my corporate path behind and followed the call to Costa Rica, where I lived and worked in the heart of the jungle. I supported retreat spaces rooted in deep healing and sacred ceremony—witnessing and holding others, while remaining devoted to the unfolding of my own inner work.

​

What I’ve come to understand—through both personal experience and supporting others through their own unfolding—is that the ceremony is only one part of the journey.

That’s why I created Beyond Integration—a space where you’re not alone in the afterglow. A space that honors your pace, your process, and your power. A space to be witnessed, to ask deeper questions, and to gently build the bridge between what you’ve experienced and who you’re becoming.

I don’t come to this work as a guru. I come as a peer.

As someone who’s been cracked open by the medicine and stitched herself back together.
As someone who knows how lonely the road can feel without someone beside you to hold space for the unraveling.

I’ll be here to hold the light when things get dark, to celebrate when remembrance blooms, and to walk beside you as you embody who you truly are.
